Warranty

If your Atomic Battery is found to be defective in material or workmanship (not merely discharged) during the designated period as specified on the front of the invoice, the battery will be replaced free of charge. This warranty does not cover batteries that fail due to improper charging, failure to maintain a full state of charge, incorrect fitment, physical damage, broken container or cover, damage caused by fire, excessive heat, wreckage, explosion, freezing, damage caused by abuse, neglect or use of special additives introduced to the battery. In the unlikely event of a failed Atomic Battery, Atomic Batteries reserves the right to replace the battery with an Atomic Battery. The benefits conferred by this warranty are in addition to all other rights in respect of the product which the consumer has under the Consumer Guarantees Act.

• Automotive (excluding taxis) : 12 / 24 months
• Taxi / Courier : 6 months
• Commercial (trucks/tractors) : 12 months
• Marine / Deep Cycle : 12 / 24 months
